I’d previously eaten here when the restaurant was Osteria Due Fratelli and it could be quite hit and miss, but the service at Da Vinci’s was excellent and I look forward to dining there again.

At no point during our... read more meals were we asked if our food was ok.
On a positive note the food I had was really nice, I’d recommend both the meatballs and the pork belly with crunchy crackling.
When we complained about the service we were advised they are 1 chef down, so maybe if they advise customers that waiting time may be longer than usual then at least customers know.
I think with the right amount of staff both in the kitchen and waiting staff then service would improve.
I would mention that they didn’t charge us for our bottle of wine, that was taken of the bill as a gesture.
I rarely give a 3 rating so I will go back to give it another try in a few months.
